Energy Saving Ice Cream Through Texture

Energy is a significant expense for ice cream makers. Intensive refrigeration is required to maintain the ice cream mix at sufficiently low temperatures during and after production. We devised a texturizer solution using clean label ingredients that can allow manufacturers to raise the temperature of freezers two degrees, saving energy costs, and reducing the carbon footprint, all while meeting consumer preferences for creamy texture and great taste.
