This program helps participants build skills for successful lifestyle changes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Program Overview<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12 weeks, with one 60-minute session each week<\/li>\n<li>Must be 18 years of age or older<\/li>\n<li>Provides tools, knowledge, and group support to help you develop a healthy eating and exercise plan that works for you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWhat I liked about this program is that it\u2019s not a fad and it\u2019s not a gimmick.
