Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mats are not provided but will be utilized in this class.  Please bring your own.<\/li>\n<li>Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.<\/li>\n<li>Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.<\/li>\n<li>Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit.
