You can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.  Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups, and weight plate exercises\u2026and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! No experience is necessary!<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>The Y provides any needed equipment for these classes.  Please bring your own workout mat.  We suggest arriving early to set up your equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.<\/li>\n<li>Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.<\/li>\n<li>Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit.  Open-toed and\/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.  Cross-training shoes designed for lateral movement are highly recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Start with a low step height and gradually increase as you feel ready.<\/li>\n<li>Please bring water and a sweat towel.<\/li>\n<p><em>*Not all classes are offered at all locations.
