No experience is necessary!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Y provides any needed equipment for these classes.<\/li>\n<li>Come to class dressed ready to move your body.  Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.  Clothing that allows for freedom of movement is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Wear proper athletic shoes with a comfortable fit.  Open-toed and\/or open-backed shoes, slides, and Crocs will not be permitted.
