We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.<\/li>\n<li>Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.  Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.<\/li>\n<li>This class is typically performed in bare or sock feet.<\/li>\n<li>Please bring water and a sweat towel.
