Please bring your own workout mat.  We suggest arriving early to set up your mat and equipment.\n<li>Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.  Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.\n<li>This class is typically performed in bare or sock feet.\n<li>Please bring water and a sweat towel.\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Not all classes are offered at all locations.
