We suggest arriving early to set up your mat.<\/li>\n<li>Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.  Wear functional, flexible workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.<\/li>\n<li>This class is typically performed in bare or sock feet.<\/li>\n<li>Please bring water.  Participants may prefer to bring a warmer article of clothing and\/or a sweat towel for comfort.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*Not all classes are offered at all locations.
