JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 April 14, 2015 \u2013 YMCA of Florida\u2019s First Coast is hosting its 2015 First Coast Games, an annual corporate health and wellness challenge beginning April 25 and ending August 1. Presented by VyStar Credit Union and Supporting Sponsor, JP Morgan Chase Bank, the challenge introduces healthy activities into the workplace while promoting company pride, morale and camaraderie among co-workers outside of the office. Hundreds of employees from more than 20 businesses are prepared to participate in the games.
\nThe First Coast Games opening ceremony will be on April 25, featuring several family-friendly activities such as spirit contests and field day activities including hula-hoop relays, water balloon toss and tug-of-war. The team events will follow with challenges that are \u201cto win\u201d and \u201cto play.\u201d The 2015 events are as follows:<\/p>\n
