Note: This is the email address that will receive your reservation confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Click Find Me.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Reservation Date of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Select your Appointment Type. (i.e. KidZone)<\/li>\n<li>Next to available time, click the dropdown menu and select the time of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Click BOOK.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive an email to confirm your reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 400px; height: 450px; border: none;\" src=\"https:\/\/app.appointmentking.com\/scheduler_self_service.php?domid=753\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Frequently Asked Questions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Does KidZone require a reservation?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe currently do not require reservations for KZ. The hours of operation are:<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Friday from 8:30am -12:00pm<\/p>\n<p>Monday &#8211; Thursday from 4:30pm &#8211; 8:00pm<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 8:00am &#8211; 12:00pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I am having trouble making a reservation?<\/strong><br \/>\nVisit the Welcome Center at your Y and ask for assistance with creating a reservation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>When can I make a reservation?\u00a0 <\/strong><br \/>\nYou will be able to make a reservation SEVEN days in advance. Reservations are made on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Does the reservation system close at any particular time?<\/strong><br \/>\nReservations will close one hour prior to start time. After this time, members will no longer be able to make reservations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the duration of each reservation?<\/strong><br \/>\nThe length of time for each reservation varies. Between each reservation group, the staff will require 15 minutes to clean and sanitize before the next group arrives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How many reservations can I make? Can I reserve spots for someone else (sibling, friend, etc)?<\/strong><br \/>\nEach child has the capability to make only ONE reservation per day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will I know if my spot is reserved?<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen you make an online reservation, you will receive an email confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I need to cancel my reservation?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible to allow other members the opportunity to attend the class. To cancel a reservation, sign into our self-scheduler on the website, click on My Appointments and select Cancel next to the reservation you would like to cancel. You can only cancel online up to\u00a012 hours prior to the start time. If it is within\u00a012 hours, please call\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/portfolio.curran-connors.com\/FCYMCA\/locations\/\">your branch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I show up late for my reservation? Is there a penalty?<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you late to your reservation, your spot may be given away to another child. We are hopeful that members will be respectful of the need to make reservations. However, should branches notice a member abusing the system, they may see the need to have a discussion with him or her.\u00a0These incidences will be handled on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If I don\u2019t have a reservation and there is capacity in the KidZone, can I still attend?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes!\u00a0Your child is welcome to attend if there is availability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is there a limit as to how many reservations I can make for a day? <\/strong><br \/>\nWe are limiting members to one KidZone reservation per child per day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We can\u2019t wait to welcome your kiddos with lots of fun and engaging activities in a safe environment.
