Our Standards of Conduct apply to all employees, officers, and directors, and ensure that everyone who represents Signify adheres to the appropriate standards of ethical conduct.
Quality & Social Impact Report committee
At the management level, the Quality & Social Impact Report committee — composed of individuals representing a cross section of organizational roles and responsibilities — ensures that we identify and address key quality and social impact issues.
Privacy and information security
Privacy and information security are especially important topics in the healthcare industry. When it comes to data protection, people are our first line of defense. Our information security and privacy programs uphold Signify’s commitment to technology and data protection, and ensure that all members of our workforce receive robust privacy and security training.
Technical security controls, including encryption of electronic protected health information (EPHI), robust identity and identification protocols, and regular third party “penetration tests,” provide an additional layer of security and assurance that sensitive data is protected.
Signify is a proud member of the Health ISAC, a global, member-driven nonprofit organization whose mission is to advance cyber resilience in healthcare.
